Mattel Barbie’s Puppy Play Park

Designed at Big Monster Toys with Brett Mich and Dino Crisanti, the Play Park is truly the result of the three of us collaborating on all levels. Mattel latched on to our idea and was an excellent partner in bringing these little doggies to life.

This began with a motor and a microphone. We placed that into a small plastic dog, and created a cute play pattern where puppies start running when Barbie claps her hands. Brett handled the mechanism in Barbie, Dino was in charge of sculpting and we all went to work creating a park for all of the magic to happen.
